1. The organiser

The Spartan Camp experience is organised by Spartan Camp Adventure Romania. Contact: denisalexa46@gmail.com, WhatsApp +44 7506 862432. The organiser's full company details appear on every invoice and are provided on request.

2. What you buy

A spot in the SPARTAN PREMIUM package for the dates shown on the site when you book. What is included is described in the "What's Included" section. Prices are final and include all taxes; the total is shown before payment.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive payment — by card (processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer using the details we send you. You receive a booking reference by email.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(l); in Romania, OUG 34/2014 art. 16 lit. l), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date. Cancellation and refund conditions are therefore the ones confirmed to you in writing when you book. If we cancel or move the camp, you can choose a full refund or a spot on the new dates.

5. Participation and safety

Participants must be at least 18 years old and bring a valid ID.
Off-road and shooting activities take place under the supervision of licensed instructors, whose safety instructions must be followed at all times. Anyone who endangers themselves or others, or is under the influence of alcohol during these activities, may be excluded without a refund.
Tell us in advance about any medical condition relevant to physical activity.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence). We recommend personal travel and accident insurance.

7. Complaints and governing law

Write to us first — we answer within 14 days. Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection given by the law of their country of residence. Consumers can also use ANPC's alternative dispute resolution (ANPC – SAL).

2. Ce cumperi

Un loc în pachetul SPARTAN PREMIUM pentru datele afișate pe site la momentul rezervării; ce include e descris la „Ce este inclus”. Prețurile sunt finale, cu toate taxele incluse, iar totalul îl vezi înainte de plată.

3. Rezervare și plată

Rezervarea e confirmată când primim plata — cu cardul (procesată de Stripe) sau prin transfer bancar, cu datele pe care ți le trimitem. Primești pe email codul rezervării.

4. Anulare și rambursare

Conform OUG 34/2014 art. 16 lit. l, dreptul de retragere de 14 zile nu se aplică serviciilor de agrement rezervate pentru o dată anume. De aceea, condițiile de anulare și rambursare sunt cele confirmate în scris la rezervare. Dacă noi anulăm sau mutăm tabăra, alegi între rambursarea integrală și un loc la noile date.

Scrie-ne înainte de rezervare dacă vrei condițiile de anulare în scris.

5. Participare și siguranță

Participanții trebuie să aibă minimum 18 ani și un act de identitate valabil.
Activitățile off-road și de tir se desfășoară sub supravegherea instructorilor autorizați, ale căror indicații trebuie respectate. Cine se pune pe sine sau pe alții în pericol ori consumă alcool în timpul acestor activități poate fi exclus fără rambursare.
Anunță-ne din timp orice problemă medicală relevantă pentru efortul fizic.

6. Răspundere

Acești termeni nu limitează răspunderea care nu poate fi limitată prin lege (de exemplu pentru vătămări corporale din neglijență). Recomandăm o asigurare de călătorie și de accidente.

7. Reclamații și legea aplicabilă

Scrie-ne întâi nouă — răspundem în 14 zile. Se aplică legea română. Consumatorii pot apela și la soluționarea alternativă a litigiilor: ANPC – SAL.
