Who we are

Spartan Camp Adventure Romania ("we") organises the Spartan Camp adventure experience in Romania. Contact: denisalexa46@gmail.com, WhatsApp +44 7506 862432. The organiser's full company details are provided on request and on every invoice.

What we collect

• Booking: name, email, phone, number of spots, currency and booking reference.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. For bank transfers we see your name and the amount on the bank statement.
• Contact form: name, email, phone, what you are interested in and your message.
• At the camp: details needed for safety and logistics (e.g. an emergency contact), only if you give them to us.

Why (legal basis)

• To take and fulfil your booking and answer your questions — performance of a contract / steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Safety at the camp — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, we do not send newsletters, and the site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long

• Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: up to 1 year.
• Bookings and invoices: as long as Romanian accounting law requires (10 years).

Who receives it

• Stripe (card payments), Vercel Inc. (website hosting), FormSubmit (forwards the booking and contact forms to our inbox), Google (Gmail, our inbox), WhatsApp/Meta if you message us there.
• Our partners at the camp (transport, accommodation, shooting range) receive only the names needed to run the camp.

Some providers are in the USA; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and storage

No tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are self-hosted. Your browser stores only your language choice and, during checkout, your booking details (session storage, deleted when you close the tab). Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — email us and we reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your country (e.g. the ICO in the UK).

Cine suntem

Ce date colectăm

• La rezervare: nume, email, telefon, numărul de locuri, moneda și codul rezervării.
• Plata o procesează integral Stripe; noi nu vedem datele cardului. La transfer bancar vedem numele și suma din extras.
• Formularul de contact: nume, email, telefon, ce te interesează și mesajul tău.
• În tabără: date necesare pentru siguranță (de ex. un contact de urgență), doar dacă ni le dai.

De ce (temeiul legal)

• Rezervarea, organizarea și răspunsurile la întrebări — executarea contractului (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b GDPR).
• Evidența contabilă — obligație legală (lit. c).
• Siguranța în tabără — interes legitim (lit. f).

Nu vindem datele, nu trimitem newslettere, iar site-ul nu folosește cookie-uri de analiză sau de reclamă.

Cât timp

• Cererile care nu au devenit rezervări: cel mult 1 an.
• Rezervările și facturile: cât cere legea contabilității (10 ani).

Cui le transmitem

Stripe (plăți cu cardul), Vercel Inc. (găzduire), FormSubmit (trimite formularele pe email), Google (Gmail), WhatsApp/Meta dacă ne scrii acolo. Partenerii din tabără (transport, cazare, poligon) primesc doar numele necesare. Transferurile în SUA se fac pe baza Data Privacy Framework sau a clauzelor contractuale standard.

Cookie-uri

Fără cookie-uri de urmărire. Fonturile sunt servite de pe serverul nostru. Browserul păstrează doar limba aleasă și, în timpul plății, datele rezervării (se șterg când închizi fila). Stripe își pune propriile cookie-uri pe pagina de plată, pentru prevenirea fraudei.

Drepturile tale

Acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare, portabilitate și opoziție — scrie-ne pe email și răspundem în cel mult 30 de zile. Poți depune plângere la ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
